# Media Planning Manager 媒介策划经理

JOB PURPOSE

The role of an Associate / Planning Manager is an important role as this person is the person that represents their team to the senior management on the Client’s business. This role bears the responsibility of handling the Client’s business, developing their own media strategy skills and challenging a planning team to grow. However, if successful, this person will develop strong management and media skills necessary to be a Group Head / Associate Planning Director.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Role: Daily Client Service
1.Capable of being a persuasive presenter to Client
2.Solid interpretation of Client’s brief, brands, products, markets, competitors and budget control
3.Clearly communicate and actively promote ZO ROI philosophy with clients

Role: Internal process execution
Demonstrate ability to delegate the planning team’s understanding and execution of resources within a Media Agency and it’s relationships (ie brief with A/S, Creative, Buying and Traffic. Invoices with Finance. Paperwork with Admin. Relationship with Media Suppliers, Client etc.)

Role: Team Leader
Demonstrate ability to manage and coach a Planning team on career development and work issues

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 – 5+ years media experience (preferably in Planning) in 4As agency With solid interpretation and competency of media concepts (GRP, r&f, effective reach, etc) , of media research software programs and of system, ie monitoring, invoicing, placement of orders, briefing etc

Academic / Professional
Bachelor or College degree, Good English Communication, Familiar in computer operation

JOB PURPOSE 工作目的

To assist director in accomplish team OGSM, while well allocating and managing the various tasks of day-to-day delivery & operations of digital media, to ensure working efficiency and effectiveness.

Reports to Director of Zed Digital

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主要职责

Role: Steward and maintain quality control of all projects and plans of clients

Responsibilities
o To verify the work are correctly done by subordinates before sending to internal/external contacts
o Have an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and its competitors to determine sufficient advertising and media needs and to ensure plans are properly executed and delivered
Outcome
o 100% accuracy on figures/files that are sent out
o No complaints from any other contacts

Role: Supervise and instruct Digital Supervisor/Executive’s document writing
Responsibilities
o To develop subordinates’ capabilities of strategic thinking, as well as data analysis.
Outcome
o Subordinate could independently produce their own media plan / review / post buy analysis.

Role: Assist the Associate Director and/or the Director in providing training of all subordinates
Responsibilities
o To participate in the training of all subordinates by performing regular sharing sessions, monitor subordinates’ day-to-day performance.
Outcome
o To conduct weekly status meeting, monthly team sharing session, quarterly sharing sessions to other contacts.

Role: Ensure that projects are produced completely, accurately and with a maximum of manpower efficiency
Responsibilities
o To balance job tasks between subordinates dependent on their availabilities and capabilities.
Outcome
o To control the working efficiency of subordinates.

EXPERIENCE 经验:

Essential(必需的):

o Mini. 4-6 years of working experience in marketing/advertising related field for brand management
o Mini. 1-2 years of working experience with mini. 4-6 subordinates
o Be detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;
o Always keep a cool head when facing numbers and pressure;
o Have good education track record in mathematics and marketing, sensitive with numbers;
o Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users

Desirable(如果有可以被优先考虑的条件):

o Have knowledge in the advertising industry, especially in the media sector; mini. 3 years of work experience in an international 4A media agency is preferred;
o Proven ability in successful campaign implementations (third party ad serving and tracking, measurement, billing reconciliation, winning awards)
o Preferably with senses of art directions for production needs

Academic / Professional教育和专业背景:

o Be a university bachelor degree holder or above, preferably with marketing or advertising related majors;
o Proven English skills (Fluency in English will be an advantage), College English Test band 4 or above.


# Planning Supervisor 媒介策划主管

JOB PURPOSE

The role of a Planning Supervisor is the layer between Executive and Manager. This role bears the responsibility of checking the quality of the Executive’s work while preparing them for promotion, and preparing themselves for even more responsibility to learning media strategy and the Client’s business. He/she is also a bridge between Manager and Executive, to well control the daily working and involve big planning cases. However, if successful, this person will develop a strong basis of management and media skills necessary to be an Associate Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Role: Daily Client Service
1.Begin to evaluate and recommend good versus bad media opportunity in relationship to Client’s brand, market and in general
2.Seeks opportunity to contribute to Client’s business and develop market intuition and knowledge of media markets
3.Control client’s payment terms and manager any urgent/pre payment in need
4.Begin writing and practicing of presentation and client servicing skills
5.Solid interpretation of Client’s brief, brands, products, markets, competitors and budget control. Begin some communication with junior level Clients
6.Clearly communicate and actively promote ZO ROI philosophy with clients
7.Be sensitive on figures

Role: Internal process execution
Execute the resources within a Media Agency and it’s relationships (ie brief with A/S, Creative, Buying and Traffic. Invoices with Finance. Paperwork with Admin. Relationship with Media Suppliers, Client etc.)

Role: Coacher
Demonstrate ability to supervise, train, develop and QC Executives work efficiently and fairly in Admin and daily work

EXPERIENCE
2+ years of media (preferably Planning) experience in 4As agency. With solid interpretation and competency of media concepts (GRP, r&f, effective reach, etc) and of media research software programs. With solid understanding of media system, ie monitoring, invoicing, placement of orders, briefing etc
